MARS IT School: payment and refundsTuition is paid monthly: in the Uzum Bank, Payme or Click app, by bank card online (Uzcard, Humo) or at the branch cash desk. The unused balance is refunded on request to the same card: review within 3 business days, credit within 10 business days. Online payments are processed by Uzum Bank with 3-D Secure and TLS; limits: UZS 15,000,000 per payment, 100,000,000 per day, 1,000,000,000 per month.Payment methodsTuition is paid monthly, before the month’s classes begin. You can pay:

in the Uzum Bank, Payme or Click app — “Education” section, search for “MARS IT SCHOOL”, choose the branch, enter the student’s full name and the parent’s phone number;

by bank card online (Uzcard, Humo) — on the acquiring bank’s secure payment page;

in cash or by card at the branch cash desk.

The amount paid is credited to the student’s balance in the core.marsit.uz personal account and is debited from it for the lessons actually held. The fiscal receipt is delivered to the app of the bank through which the payment was made.The current course price is shown on the course page and in the public offer.Refunds

A parent (legal representative) submits a refund request for the unused balance at any branch or by email to info@marsit.uz.

Refunds are made by the same method the payment was made — to the same card.

A request is reviewed within 3 business days; the funds are credited to the card within 10 business days (the exact time depends on the issuing bank).

The cost of lessons already held is deducted from the refunded amount.

An erroneous or duplicate payment is refunded in full.

Payment security and fraud risk control

All online payments are processed by the acquiring bank, АО «UZUM BANK». MARS IT SCHOOL does not receive or store card data: neither the number, nor the expiry date, nor the CVV.

Transactions are protected by 3-D Secure — confirmation with a one-time code from the bank that issued the card.

The connection to the website and the payment page is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS).

To limit fraud risk, the limits set by the internet acquiring agreement apply: single payment — up to UZS 15 000 000, per day — up to UZS 100 000 000, per month — up to UZS 1 000 000 000.

The bank performs anti-fraud monitoring and may suspend or decline a suspicious transaction. At the bank’s request, MARS IT SCHOOL suspends the service and refunds the funds for the disputed transaction.

School staff never ask for your PIN, CVV or SMS codes. Payments are accepted only to the bank details of ООО «MARS IT SCHOOL».
